About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our team of mechanics and technicians at our Perth workshop. You will oversee daily workshop operations, ensure quality standards, and drive a strong safety culture.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate workshop staff. Prioritise and allocate work. Ensure quality and safety standards. Manage workshop scheduling and workflow. Liaise with clients and suppliers. Mentor and develop junior staff.
Skills Required
Leadership and team management. Strong technical knowledge of heavy vehicles. Workshop management. Customer service. Scheduling and planning.
Qualifications
Trade qualification in heavy vehicle mechanics. Previous supervisory experience.
Tickets Required
White Card, Current Police Clearance, Australian Working Rights.
Desirable Experience
5+ years workshop experience. Previous supervisory role. Transport industry experience.
